Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA to supervise Santa photo sets, welcome families, assist with photos, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You bring warmth, energy, and leadership to every shift, helping create a joyful holiday experience guests will remember. Role is part-time with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within our photo division.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the venue.
• Lead by example and enforce policies set by management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs; photography experience not required.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
