Cherry Hill Programs, Inc is seeking a part-time Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at Danbury Fair Mall to oversee Santa photo sets, support the team with guest interactions, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will bring warmth, leadership, and a joyful approach to a busy holiday environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, guiding staff, troubleshooting, and handling POS transactions while delivering memorable experiences to families.

Competenze

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill
