Cherry Hill Programs is hiring Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Wiregrass Commons in Dothan, AL. You will greet families, engage with children, and help create memorable Santa photo experiences. No photography experience required; training provided.

You’ll work with a friendly team, provide excellent guest service, operate the POS and camera equipment, and help maintain a safe, festive environment. Flex scheduling, same-day pay, referral bonus, and exclusive holiday perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Flexible to work during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
