Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at University Mall (IL) to greet families, assist with Santa photo sets, and provide memorable keepsakes. Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Cash handling and ability to process sales transactions.
• Professional attire and good hygiene; training attendance required.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum 20 hours per week, or as needed.
• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs (photography not required).
• Deliver excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
