Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments on Santa photo sets. You’ll deliver warm, energetic guest service and help ensure a smooth, joyful experience from start to finish.

Roles include taking photos, operating POS and camera equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. All staff are part of a team dedicated to creating memorable family moments.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Ability to lift/carry 10–25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Attend training meetings and required courses.
• Flexibility for peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Retail/service/cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Be a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
