Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Regency Mall in Racine, WI. You will welcome families, engage with children, and capture festive holiday moments on our Santa photo sets, delivering warmth and world-class service.

You'll operate the POS system, support photo operations, and contribute to a smooth, joyful experience for guests while flexible hours fit your schedule this holiday season.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Comfortable with cash handling and processing sales transactions.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
