Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta to welcome families, assist with Santa photo sets, and help create memorable holiday moments. No photography experience required, but friendly, energetic guest service is essential.

You'll engage with children and guests, operate the POS system, and ensure a smooth photo experience while supporting a busy, festive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable greeting families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Willingness to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Retail/cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
