Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate for the Greenbrier Mall location. You’ll greet families, help with Santa photo sessions, and ensure a joyful experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include taking photos, handling sales at the POS, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while engaging with children and families in a festive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service and handling cash in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16; reliable and able to work as part of a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
