Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families on our Santa photo sets, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments. You will deliver warmth, energy, and world-class guest service from start to finish.

You will take photos, provide guests with memorable souvenirs, and support smooth operations while handling sales transactions and maintaining a safe, efficient environment. Training and peak hours flexibility are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with cash handling and processing sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure smooth photo operations.
• Engage with families and children in a friendly, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
