Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families, engage children, and capture magical Santa moments on our holiday photo sets. You’ll deliver warm guest service and help create a joyful experience from check-in to checkout.

You’ll join a fast-paced team with flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and opportunities to grow within our seasonal photography division, while delivering memorable keepsakes for families across North America.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you’ll help create excellent experiences on our Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing magical holiday moments they’ll remember for years to come. You’ll bring warmth, energy, and world-class guest service to every visit while supporting a smooth, joyful photo experience from start to finish.

Pay Range

• Min: $16.50/hr
• Max: $17.50/hr

What You’ll Do

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home

• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
