Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking an energetic Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Scottsdale Quarter. You will partner with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, oversee daily photo operations, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding Santa visit and guest experience.

You’ll build leadership skills, coach staff, and manage scheduling in a fast-paced environment. This role offers flexible hours and the potential for future holiday-season opportunities within our souvenir

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift and stand for extended periods.

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, and recruiting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
