Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Sooner Mall in Norman, OK. You’ll work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, support daily photo operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure families enjoy a memorable Santa visit and photo experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication, organization, time management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Must be 18 years of age and available for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening-day preparations, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
