Cherry Hill Programs at Viewmont Mall is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager to lead our photo operations, drive sales, and deliver memorable guest experiences during peak season. You will recruit, schedule, and coach a small team, manage daily operations, deposits, and guest concerns, and partner with venue teams to ensure smooth seasonal performance.

This role offers a fun, fast-paced environment and opportunities to return for future holiday seasons within our souvenir photography

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales and ensure cash handling compliance.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
