Job summary

Humbug Holiday Lighting is seeking a dependable Holiday Lighting Technician (Seasonal) to install, maintain, and remove professional lighting displays across Pompano Beach and surrounding areas. Training is provided; no prior holiday lighting experience is required.

Apply your hands-on outdoor skills in a fast-paced team environment from September through January, with opportunities to earn commissions by upselling enhancements to customer displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and remove professional holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial properties.
• Assist with lighting design, installation, maintenance, service calls, and seasonal takedowns.
• Load, unload, organize, and care for equipment, lights, ladders, and vehicles.
• Safely work from ladders up to 40 feet and rooftops with safety equipment.
• Troubleshoot lighting and power issues to ensure displays look their best.
• Maintain inventory and keep equipment in good working condition.
• Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Identify upsell opportunities and earn commissions.
• Show up prepared, on time, and ready to contribute every day.
