Job summary

Rolling Suds Lancaster-Harrisburg is seeking dependable seasonal installers for holiday light projects in the Lancaster area. This role requires working outdoors, heights on ladders, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Training will be provided, with opportunities for advancement and weekly pay plus performance bonuses. Season runs from late September through mid-December; both full-time and part-time hours may be available, depending on project load and weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 100% comfortable on tall extension ladders (12’–40’) and walking roofs.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in cool weather.
• Reliable, show up on time every day, and ready to work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop.

Responsibilities

• Help install holiday lighting; perform cleaning and maintenance as needed.
• Work with a fast crew; follow safety guidelines during outdoor jobs.
• Attend training and be prepared for seasonal shifts through mid-December.
