Job summary

Blades of Green is seeking aDecor Team member to install and remove holiday lights and decorations, following installation plans and safety guidelines, and keeping equipment organized.

This role is hourly and non-exempt, offering a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour. It requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, with a focus on safety, reliability, and delivering friendly customer service while keeping projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• At least 21 years of age (required to drive company vehicles)
• Ability to safely work on ladders up to 40 feet
