Job summary

Plum Market Bloomfield is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Catering Sales Specialist to staff the holiday ordering area and drive catering sales. You’ll help customers place holiday orders, make product recommendations, and ensure orders are accurate and ready on time.

The role offers full-time or part-time seasonal hours with holiday pay and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have at least six months of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience; sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and assist with holiday orders.
• Strong organization and follow-through for multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Holiday Ordering area and generate sales for catering and holiday products.
• Assist customers with placing and completing holiday orders.
• Provide friendly, fast service and coordinate order pickup.
• Learn holiday products and make thoughtful recommendations based on needs.
• Collaborate with store departments to ensure orders are accurate and ready on time.
