Zusammenfassung

United Parcel Service Sweden Aktiebolag is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance in a dynamic US warehouse environment. This role sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety, and provides effective leadership across all levels.

You will develop teams, train staff, manage resources for maximum output, foster a positive, collaborative culture, and implement development plans to support ongoing growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Available to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the continuing professional growth of department personnel.
• Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro-active coaching to support their continued development.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
