Luck Stone is seeking a Seasonal Equipment Operator for the Richmond area who is skilled behind the controls, safety-focused, and ready to play a key role in our aggregate extraction process. Our equipment operators are the backbone of our operation.

They run multiple pieces of specialized machinery at a high level and keep everything moving safely and efficiently. At Luck Stone, the work you do directly powers what we build and who we serve.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of safe equipment operation experience.
• Comfortable working in dusty conditions and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple pieces of specialized equipment safely and at a high level of performance throughout each shift
• Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained in accordance with company health and safety regulations
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and safety checks to keep equipment in top condition
• Position equipment before operation, loading, and unloading
• Promptly report any equipment faults or concerns to the Plant Manager or Foreman
• Keep work sites clean, organized, and safe at the end of each shift
• Perform other construction-related duties as needed
• Participate in meetings and training as directed
