Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist locating products, and offer help.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and follow store procedures.
• Keep the sales floor stocked, price updates, and inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist multiple departments, including photo and beauty, staying updated on services.
• Support pharmacy colleagues when required, including occasional pharmacy shifts.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to aid customers on their health journeys.
