Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking Seasonal Sales Help to join our in-store team. You will assist customers, showcase headwear and apparel, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced shopping experience that reflects our brand energy.

In this role, you’ll help drive sales, keep merchandise presented according to guidelines, and support store operations. Ability to stand for long periods, lift items up to 50 pounds, and communicate clearly with customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service; meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics; engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines; maintain a professional appearance.
• Control Expenses: Protect company assets; participate in managing store inventory; assist with accurate product counts; support policies and guidelines; other duties as assigned.
