The Buckle, Inc. in Colorado Springs seeks a Store Support Teammate to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with store and merchandise questions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions using POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays, organize fixtures and pricing.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable while upholding Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and meet special project needs.

Responsibilities
