Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate in Surprise, AZ. You will greet Guests, assist with questions about products, and process transactions at the POS while maintaining an inviting, organized store environment.

You may work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, supporting store operations and merchandising with a positive team spirit. No prior experience is required, and benefits apply after waiting periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with questions about the store and merchandise.
• Operate the POS system to complete Guest transactions and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor for security risks and know how to respond to incidents.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Follow Buckle policies and code of ethics in daily duties.
