Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate in Norman, OK, on-site at Sooner Fashion Mall. You will greet Guests, assist with transactions, and keep the store welcoming and well-merchandised.

No prior experience is required, and you’ll learn Buckle policies, gain exposure to promotions, and support the Store Manager with daily tasks to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods as needed.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor security and prevent theft.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays under supervision.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for Guests.
• Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and company policies.
