Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods as needed.
• Complete Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and thefts and respond accordingly.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, pricing, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and internal policies.
• Support the team and undertake special projects as assigned.
