Job summary

Target in New Jersey is hiring Seasonal Small Format Team Members. You will greet guests, stock shelves, assist with checkout, and help maintain a clean, organized store to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Roles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise, Seasonal Inbound, and Seasonal Tech Consultant. Training is provided, benefits are available, and a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service guests while completing workload with minimal disruption.
• Ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock across departments.
• Push and stock product to the sales floor.
• Conduct price changes and ensure proper signing.
• Scan and audit inventory for accuracy.
• Support guest services with cashiering, pickup, and drive-up where applicable.
• Process inbound deliveries to maintain inventory accuracy.
