Responsibilities

• Cuts grass, weeds, trees and brush
• Operates and maintains equipment like lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and trimmers
• Plants flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Maintains landscaping including applying mulch, pruning or deadheading bushes and shrubs
• Removes trash, debris, and snow from common areas
• Checks permanent recreation equipment for safety concerns
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation This position pays $12 per hour.

Job Description Basic Purpose Working with Property and Maintenance Mangers, positions in this job family are responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces including lawns, gardens, and recreation areas.

Typical Job Duties

• Cuts grass, weeds, trees and brush


• Operates and maintains equipment like lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and trimmers.


• Plants flowers, shrubs, and trees.


• Maintains current landscaping including applying mulch, and pruning or deadheading bushes and shrubs.
