Frankarl Greenhouses PA LLC is seeking seasonal greenhouse workers to support daily greenhouse operations, including planting, pruning, harvesting, packing, and shipping. The role focuses on producing flowers, vegetables, and herbs in a controlled environment while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities include soil preparation, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, and maintaining cleanliness. Scheduling is six days a week with early morning hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, bending, and stooping for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare soil, plant seeds, and transplant seedlings or cuttings.
• Transplant plugs into pots while ensuring production goals are met.
• Water, fertilize, prune, and monitor plant growth to ensure healthy development.
• Pick and pack orders in metal rolling racks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse and surrounding areas.
• Harvest, package, and label plants for distribution.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and environmental guidelines.
• Operate machinery used in greenhouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Frankarl Greenhouses is hiring seasonal greenhouse workers! Earn up to $742 a week PLUS Overtime working at our new GREENHOUSE. Earn weekly pay through direct deposit and unlimited overtime!

Summary for General Laborer/Greenhouse Worker: The Seasonal Greenhouse Worker supports the daily operations of the greenhouse, including planting, pruning, harvesting, picking, packing, and shipping. This role ensures the efficient production of flowers, vegetables, and herbs grown in a controlled environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for General Laborer/Greenhouse Worker:

• Prepare soil, plant seeds, and transplant seedlings or cuttings.
• Transplant plugs into pots while ensuring production goals are met.
• Water, fertilize, prune, and monitor plant growth to ensure healthy development.
• Pick and pack orders in metal rolling racks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse and surrounding areas.
• Harvest, package, and label plants for distribution.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and environmental guidelines.
• Operate machinery such as electric pallet jacket.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

6 days a week

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
