Job summary

CHS Inc. Loomis is hiring seasonal laborers for Sep 1–Dec 1, 2026. Join a busy agricultural operations team helping with loading, unloading, and warehouse tasks in a safe, efficient manner.

You will handle trucks, railcars, and equipment, perform routine maintenance, and support inventory control while following safety policies. Prior farm or heavy-lift experience is a plus; high school diploma preferred; pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations and/or business operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor duties as directed, maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with policy/regulations.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and connecting hoses.
• Load/unload agricultural inputs using loaders, conveyors, or forklifts; monitor load-out functions.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks.
