Job summary

Kalmbach Feeds is seeking dedicated team members to support our growth. You will operate safely, deliver top-notch customer service to grain customers, and actively participate as a team member while independently solving problems.

You will be involved in scaling trucks, tracking inbound/outbound loads, and receiving grain from customers/farmers, requiring mobility between a computer, scale house, truck dump, and sampling station.

Qualifications

• Good attendance record and work ethic.
• Will move between computer, scale house, truck dump, and sampling station.
• Basic computer skills.

• You will operate safely within Kalmbach Feeds, policy, and procedures.
• You will provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors with grain customers.
• You will be an involved/engaged member of a team and be willing to act and think independently.
• You will be scaling trucks and tracking inbound/outbound loads.
• You will be receiving grain from customers/farmers
