Job summary

The Town of Brookline Recreation Department is seeking seasonal Outside Golf Operations Attendants. You will greet customers, set up golf carts for daily play, clean carts, start players, and help with practice facility and course maintenance.

You will join a team focused on delivering a quality golf experience. As a seasonal role, part-time or full-time seasonal positions are available, with a start date ASAP and pay at $18.49 per hour for 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Massachusetts Driver's license required.
• Prior golf operations experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and start players.
• Set up and move golf carts for daily play.
• Clean golf carts and maintain practice facilities.
• Assist with golf course maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with an operations team in a safety-focused environment.
