Job summary

Whispering Creek Golf Club, part of Landscapes Golf Management, is seeking Grounds Maintenance team members to keep the golf course and grounds well-maintained and visually appealing. Positions are seasonal with both part-time and full-time hours available, and at least 16 by time of hire.

Responsibilities include operating mowing equipment, maintaining bunkers, irrigation, and routine course setup, while upholding safety and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate mowing equipment on greens, tees, and fairways.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Mechanical aptitude for basic maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and acts in line with company values.
• Operates mowing equipment; mows greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunker banks and native grass.
• Maintains bunkers; rakes sand, edges, pulls weeds.
• Edits edges around trees, bunkers, cart paths and signs.
• Installs and maintains landscaping and performs related duties.
• Assists with irrigation system maintenance.
• Performs golf course setup; cup cutting, tee cleanup, divot filling, ball mark repair.
• Cleans, fuels, stores equipment; reports problems to supervisor.
• Understands equipment maintenance for longevity.
• Follows safety policies and golf etiquette.
• Demonstrates service orientation and teamwork.
• Performs other assignments as directed; maintains punctual attendance.
