Job summary

Beechmont Country Club is seeking a dependable Seasonal Equipment Operator & Grounds Technician for the 2026 season. Join our golf course maintenance team outdoors, operating equipment and performing light-duty grounds tasks to help maintain premier playing conditions.

You will contribute to daily course preparation, support maintenance activities, and work with a team in variable weather. The role offers seasonal hours with early shifts and a focus on safety and quality of work.

Qualifications

• Experience operating golf course equipment preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as mowers, utility vehicles, and small machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine mowing of fairways, rough, and other turf areas.
• Complete light-duty tasks such as blowing, debris cleanup, and divot repair, tee marker placement.
• Support daily course preparation and general grounds maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment care standards.
