Job summary

Stonetree Golf Club, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant for a seasonal role at the Killeen course. Drive the beverage cart, stock items, handle Micros, and provide friendly, professional service to guests.

This seasonal position offers healthcare and retirement benefits through Troon, with a flexible schedule during the 6-month term; applicants must have a valid driver's license and be of legal drinking age.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor.
• Ability to operate computerized/electronic cash register system.
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette
• Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
• Must have strong skills in Customer Service
• Must be dependable

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
• Operate Micros, handle cash, room charges, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
• Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist in upkeep of the golf course as needed
• Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
