Job summary

Carlisle Gifts Walnut Creek in Ohio is hiring for a fun seasonal customer service role during the holiday period. You will greet guests, wrap gifts, and help manage displays with a friendly, hospitable approach.

This part-time position offers 8–16 hours per week, 2–3 shifts, Sundays off, and a $200 seasonal bonus for staying through December 31. Previous experience is not required; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet, educate and engage guests from across the country.
• Provide gift wrappings when requested.
• Price products and restock displays per guidelines.
• Keep the gift shop clean, safe, and organized for guests.
• Interact in a friendly, professional manner with guests and staff.
• Ensure accuracy at cash-out.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Help plan and run store events such as Open Houses, Ladies’ Nights, Fashion Shows.
