Job summary

Buc-ee's Ltd in Texas is seeking a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate for the holiday season. You will receive, stock, and merchandise Buc-ee's gift items, and help create displays to invite guests to the gift department.

This seasonal role runs November 1 through January 4. You will use the POS system, price items, assist customers, and work with store management to ensure a welcoming, well-presented gift area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Pricing, merchandising, and selling of gift items.
• Create visual merchandising displays to attract guests.
• Communicate professionally with store management and team members.
• Execute visual presentation and pricing per company standards.
• Operate POS and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Identify and resolve customer and store needs under moderate supervision.
