Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Willard, Ohio, is seeking seasonal General Production staff at a pay rate of $17.70/hour. Under supervision, you will perform production, plant services, distribution and central palletizing duties across multiple departments.

You will palletize 20-30 lb. cases, operate tote stations with tow motors, and fill in for call-offs or absences as needed. The role may involve weekend shifts, heavy lifting, SAP usage, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years related manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Palletize 20-30 lb. finished cases and monitor case counts to ensure quality.
• Operate tote station including safe tow motor operation and maintain weight/quality data.
• Fill in for call-offs, leaves, vacations, and other absences in designated departments.
• When scheduled in Production, perform mixer, scaler/relief, depositor, and laminator operator duties.
• Weekends and/or weekdays assignments in Plant Services as needed.
• Work in Distribution on a fill-in basis as required.
• Develop back-up capabilities in other operator positions.
• Heavy lifting is required and safety rules must be followed.
• Use SAP as required and follow approved procedures/instructions.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and assist with rework as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
