Job summary

New Century FS seeks a Seasonal General Laborer for its Toledo, IA location. The role involves assisting with daily operations, inventory, and deliveries while supporting maintenance of facilities and equipment.

You will work with location staff to improve efficiency and control costs, ensuring safety and compliance guidelines are followed throughout the shift. This seasonal position reports to the location manager.

Qualifications

• Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Must be willing to obtain and maintain a forklift certificate and a CDL.
• Occasionally exposed or required: Extreme weather conditions, Noisy conditions, chemicals, dust, electrical hazards, and moving up to 100 pounds.

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

The purpose for this position is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

REQUIREMENTS
