Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs; recommend items and complete transactions.
• Support store environment, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Restock merchandise and ensure shelf presentation and organization.
• Help achieve sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
