Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.
• Promote store sales initiatives and maintain a clean, merchandised shopping environment.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
