GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Tifton, GA to join our store team during peak season. You will focus on delivering outstanding guest service, assisting shoppers with video gaming needs, and supporting store operations to drive holiday sales.

The ideal candidate is 18+, able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store maintenance, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and presenting merchandise on selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
