Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items during every transaction.
• Support shopping environment and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including scams awareness and safety.
