• Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs, recommending additional items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies, attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
