Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; one year of kettle fundraising experience preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Valid State Drivers License Required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, recruits, screens, and selects bell-ringing employees and volunteers.
• Maintains ongoing communication with staff and volunteers, addressing questions and concerns.
• Plans, schedules, assigns, and monitors the work of staff and volunteers.
• Provides instruction regarding proper methods, procedures, and Salvation Army policies.
• Reviews work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Assists with counting, recording, and depositing kettle funds.
• Drives Salvation Army vehicles to deliver and collect kettles, supplies, and related materials.
