Target is hiring Warehouse Associate roles starting at $23.65 per hour in Colorado. The pay range is $23.65 to $27.61 per hour, with additional shift differential between $2.00 and $3.50 per hour for eligible teammates.

As a warehouse teammate, you will follow safety policies, pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests, maintain accurate merchandise processing, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach during shifts.
• Maintain positive attitude while working independently and in a team.
• Accurate basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Read labels, tickets, and product documentation.
• Operate computer systems or handheld devices after training.
• Excellent written and oral communication; English proficiency.

Job Requirements

• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
