Job summary

Total Wine & More in Woodbridge (CT) is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to enhance in-store experiences and online operations. You will maximize inventory, stock displays, fulfill orders, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery when required.

Role emphasizes greeting customers, building product knowledge through training, and staying aligned with promotions and loyalty programs. Strong flexibility to work evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and support digital business operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards and comply with laws related to alcohol sale.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
