Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a logistics processor in Los Angeles with a strong sense of ownership and a drive for customer service. You will move merchandise, fulfill and ship orders, and support backroom operations in a fast-paced store environment.

Key responsibilities include using inventory systems to track shipments, maintaining clean floors and stockrooms, and assisting with events and merchandising changes while adapting to business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with inventory systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and stock newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, e.g. setting up events, organizing backroom and fixtures.
