Bass Pro Shops Irvine is hiring for a seasonal BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter position to support holiday orders and in-store service. You will fill orders, sort, pick, pack, and prepare shipments while maintaining product presentation for customers.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.75 per hour, with part-time benefits including employee discounts, holidays, and retirement planning options. This is a back-room/in-store role requiring physical stamina and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be able to process orders and close them in the BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders by inspecting merchandise and matching to orders.
• Sort and pack merchandise for shipment using proper containers.
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations using material handling equipment or manually.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Assist customers on the floor and help with product selection during store hours.
