Bass Pro Shops in Denham Springs, LA is hiring seasonal BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter roles during our national hiring event. You will fill BOSS orders, sort, pick, pack and load merchandise for shipment to customers and stores, while ensuring quality and presentation. We welcome candidates with 0–2 years of experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fills retail and/or direct customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order.
• Sorts merchandise into order groupings and pack merchandise for shipment.
• Moves merchandise among warehouse locations using material handling equipment or manually load/unload trailers.
• Maintains housekeeping and safety in the work environment.
• Attend mandatory training and orientation.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours.
• Communicates issues affecting execution of basic job function such as Short Pick issues, out-of-stocks, on hand counts.
• All other duties as assigned.
