Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is hiring Seasonal Fulfillment Center Equipment Operators for our onsite Suffolk, VA facility. This role supports a fast-paced fulfillment operation, operating powered industrial trucks to move products safely and efficiently while using scanners and systems to process orders and returns.

Starting pay is $19.20/hr with a 30-hour minimum per week on a 4-day set schedule. We offer a total rewards package including health benefits from day 1, a 401(k), and tuition assistance;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• 0–6 months of warehouse experience; no prior experience required.
• Ability to work a full shift and overtime as needed.
• Ability to maintain attendance in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts, to safely move products throughout the fulfilment centre.
• Use handheld scanners and computer systems to support receiving, unloading, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, or returning orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with customer order fulfillment, inventory movement and processing customer returns across multiple departments.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed to meet business needs.
